PAINTING
The imagery is inspired by nature, travel, and my photographs. Process in formalities of painting, color theory, space, with an interest in minimalism and abstraction. The landscape paintings are made with meditative intent, encouraging the viewer to find space. The diptych paintings were created to show the impact on space by color rearrangement. In a suite of drawings, I am combining landscapes from different countries as though it is in one place and focusing on world connections.
